A small selection of images taken for Volvo of their team Volvo sailors hot off the plane from Rio 2016. During the Dartmouth Sailing Regatta, the Volvo team spent the day on the stand, as well as various outings and interviews throughout the day. A great event, topped off with an aerial show from a Typhoon Fighter jet.

Great to be invited on Doug's stag do. A surfing trip for someone who can't surf (I've tried a good few times)? So, I decided to take my camera along and document the trip, and the backdrop of Ireland certainly helped. Within 30mins of getting off the train in Sligo we were at the beach for an awesome sunset surf, and that definitely set the tone for the rest of the trip. Great bunch of lads, great location, and some great surf.

It was going to take more than spots of rain, and even driving through a torrential down pour on the way to Bartholomew Barn to stop Cheryl and Andrew's day from being epic. The weather took note and by the time we arrived at the barn the sun was shining! I photographed one of Cheryl's friend's weddings at Bartholomew Barn a couple of years before this, so it was great to see some familiar faces at this wedding. The World Sailing Emerging Nations Program's next place to visit was Medemblik, Netherlands. On this week long course, 6 sailors and their coaches from different emerging countries in Europe were joined by lead coach Tim Cross to further their knowledge in racing and all things sailing. I followed the group on their last three days, with training exercises and a mini regatta to finish.

Artemis Offshore Sailing Academy

A selection of images from the Artemis media day on the Isle of Wight. We had a full day planned visiting the four corners of the Island and photographing the team at each, starting with sunrise on the launch ramp of the Bembridge lifeboat station. The day ended with a trip to the Royal Yacht Squadron and then onto No Man's Fort in the Solent for Kilchoman Whiskey and Pol Roger Champagne tasting.

The Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy was the based for the course, where they would learnt important couching skills, and some helpful guidance on how to improve the sailing culture back home.
